Saturday 16 August 2008	BRIAN CARRICK'S ALGIERS STOMPERS One of this country’s best at early jazz i.e. New Orleans style fairly upbeat — great party sound. Includes Gabrielle — Piano.
Saturday 20 September 2008	THE RAE BROTHERS NEW ORLEANS JAZZ BAND Widely acclaimed for their ensemble playing in the original New Orleans style. A rich and tuneful sound. Good for dancing - if you can find the space. We are hoping to include their new pianist; the astonishing 20 yr old Ian Wynne. This boy can boogie literally. His attendance will depend on music college commitments but we are wry hopeful
Saturday 8 November 2008	MATT PALMER’S MILLENNIUM EAGLE JAZZ RAND Very talented clarinetist/saxophonist; Malt is a welcome young face on the UK jazz scene. He leads a lively New Orleans style band and does some very good Sydney Bechet material - Petit Fleur etc. Jools on the drums is something of a star turn too another talented youngster.
